Overnight, Pct 4 deputies were dispatched to a drive-by shooting at a residence at the 5000 blk of Roth Forest Ln. where shots were fired at the residence, from a 19-year-old male, striking a 35-year-old woman and her 11-yr-old son. The Female is in fair condition, the child is in serious condition. Investigators with HCSO Violent Crimes Unit/CSU are conducting follow-up. If you have any info, please call 713-222-TIPS (8477). “We believe it was a targeted ordeal,” an HCSO detective said. Sheriff’s detectives have arrested Keandre Jackson, 19, and have charged him with two counts of Aggravated assault. According to detectives, an argument ensued between juveniles at a separate residence. An 11-yr-old left the residence and was pursued by the other males wanting to instigate a fight, but the situation was temporarily calmed by a parent. Later, the drive-by shooting takes place at the victim’s residence. Jackson is said to be an older relative of the juvenile males involved in the original altercation between the juvenile and males.
